An AI text-back system for plumbing, HVAC & electrical shops. Missed calls get an instant reply, get qualified, and get held for your one-word confirmation while you're still on the job.
Backed by the 2-minute guarantee, in writing below.
Every shop misses calls. You're under a sink, in an attic, on a roof. The phone rings and nobody picks up. A caller who reaches voicemail can hang up and dial the next shop on Google in seconds.
A single recovered job is often worth hundreds of dollars. A water-heater replacement can run $800 or more. How many of those went to a competitor last month simply because nobody answered in time?
Missed-Call Rescue fixes exactly that: the caller hears from you in seconds, not hours.
The rule the whole system runs on: it holds; you confirm. The system never promises a time you didn't approve.
Nothing to install. Nothing to learn. No new apps. We set up a brand-new number in your area code, and it rings the phone in your pocket like always.
The one change, in plain words: your system runs on a brand-new local number, not the number you use now. The new number is the one your customers call — put it on your truck, your Google listing, your website, and your cards. It rings your regular phone exactly like always; when you can't pick up, the system texts the caller back within 2 minutes. Your old number keeps working, but calls to it are not covered — the system only sees calls to the new number. So from go-live, the new number is the number you hand out.
A water-heater replacement runs $800 or more. Two recovered jobs like that cover the whole $1,497. Everything after that is found money.
Your 30-day guarantee starts the day you go live.
If any genuine missed call doesn't get a text back within 2 minutes during your first 30 days live, you get a full refund. No exit interview, no hard feelings, no fine print games.
A "genuine missed call" means a real person called and the call went unanswered — not spam, not robocalls. Every text-back time is in the system logs — we'll show you. The guarantee covers the days the system is live and connected. If the connection is turned off or the number is changed without telling us, those days don't count.

A 10-minute form at the start (services, prices, hours, how you take bookings). After that, your entire job is replying "YES" to a text when a hot lead comes in. That's it.
None. No apps, nothing to install, nothing to learn. We set up a brand-new local number in your area code — the number your customers call from go-live. It rings your regular phone, and hot leads arrive as plain texts on the phone you already carry.
Yes — this is the one real change, so here it is plainly. Your system runs on a brand-new local number, not the number you use now. The new number is the one customers call: put it on your truck, your Google listing, your website, and your cards. It rings your regular phone exactly like always; when you can't answer, the caller gets a text back within 2 minutes. Your old number keeps working, but calls to it are not covered — the system only sees calls to the new number. That's why the new number has to be the one you hand out.
You don't. At setup you give your general hours (e.g., Mon–Fri 8–5). The system offers slots inside those hours and holds one — then texts you to confirm with a single YES. It never promises a time you didn't approve.
Because when you're under a sink for three hours, the customer has already called the next plumber. That fast response is the entire product. Speed is what saves the job. The system handles the first minute as your shop's assistant, then hands you a qualified lead to confirm.
The build is one-time. The messaging itself runs on your own Twilio account: a few cents per text, about a dollar a month for the number, and $1.50–$10/month in carrier campaign fees, billed to you directly by Twilio. We don't mark it up and we're not in the middle of it.
It answers as your shop's assistant in plain language, and it only handles the first 60 seconds: greeting, what they need, holding a slot. Anything complicated goes straight to you. Customers just experience a business that picked up fast.
Then you get every cent back — if any genuine missed call isn't texted back within 2 minutes in your first 30 days live, that's a full refund, in writing above. The risk sits with me, not you.
*I file your carrier registration on Day 0 — it's handled for you. Most registrations clear in 1–5 business days. Your 30-day guarantee starts the day you go live, so a carrier delay never costs you money.
Your system runs on your own Twilio account. That keeps the system fully in your name, and Twilio bills you directly for messaging. When you check out, you'll receive a setup walkthrough that takes about 5 minutes. Please complete it within 7 days of purchase so we can install inside your setup window. If setup isn't completed within 7 days, the installation closes. We don't run your system on our accounts, and we don't carry messaging costs for accounts that were never set up.
We'll remind you on day 3 and day 6. "Setup complete" means your Twilio account is created and access is granted. The carrier approval wait (usually 1–5 business days) runs on your account in parallel and does not extend the 7-day deadline. Your 30-day guarantee clock starts only at go-live, so it never runs before your system is actually live.
Secure checkout via Stripe. Your 30-day guarantee starts the day you go live.
Online checkout opens shortly. To start right away, just reply to our email and we will send your payment link.
Questions? Just reply to any of my emails — I answer everything in writing, usually within a few hours. The whole process is handled over email; no calls, ever.

Terms & Conditions (the small print): Missed-Call Rescue is a one-time installation service billed by Walnut Elm Company; payments are processed by Stripe. Price: $1,497 one-time, or split $747 at purchase + $750 invoiced at go-live; Starter installation $497. We install an automated text-back system on a new, dedicated phone number provisioned through your own Twilio account. Calls to your existing number or any other number are not covered — you are responsible for advertising and handing out the new number. You pay Twilio and the carriers directly for your account (registration currently runs about $19.50–$61 one-time and $1.50–$10/month in campaign fees, plus number rental and per-message charges; carrier vetting typically completes within up to 5 business days). Your Twilio account setup must be completed within 7 days of purchase or the installation closes. Guarantee: if any genuine missed call to your new number is not answered by the system within 2 minutes at any point in the first 30 days after go-live, your installation fee is refunded in full — verified from system logs; days the system is disconnected or not yet set up do not count. The service ends at handover, with a 14-day window for fixes to the installation itself; no ongoing management, monitoring, or subscription is included. The demo on this site is illustrative.
